*Process of Mineral water formation:

    Most important thing for mineral water plant is necessity of water. Provide water by pipe line or boaring to your plant. Store this water in huge tank if about 2000or 3000 Lt. The next process is of chlorination, whare chlorine dose is added in water to kill micro-organisms. Now push water into sand filter,to remove sand impurities. From whare it is pushed into carbon filter. From high  pressure pump it pour into RO membrane. The size of membrane is approximately 0.0001micron. This is the last of chemical discarding. Test the purified water in laboratory .In the ending by using uv purifier remove all remaining impurities. Ozonation is ending process where all micro organisams are killed. Then it wents in filler room for packaging .If you are planting mineral plant on large scale sate a machine of bottle making whare your Cost of plant will reduce.

*Marketing of mineral water business :

Drinking of pure water is related to everyones health so most of the people is drinking mineral water in India especially from urban areas.
Railway also has great potential to occupy this market. In wedding, and other functional ceremonies. In summer season chilled water has huge demand.

You can package water in Bottles, pouch or in a jar. Before packaging add label on your bottles and it's better to make your own brand.

*4) Pollution certificate
*5)MSME/SSE Registration
*6) Trade mark registration ( If you want).

*Selection of location:

Select your site according to target market. As you have to supply your product ... availability of water and electricity is basic need of your plant. About 600 to 700sq ft of area is enough for your plant.

* Labour cost of mineral water business:

  To run this business will have to require about 6 to 7 labours. 2 peoples for driving vehicle, 2 as per delivery boy and 3 to 4 to feel water or another extra activities of plants.

*Estimated cost for mineral water business:


       For medium plant you will have to invest about 5-6 lack. Your labour cost, machinary cost, transportation and electricity bill are the some for raw material. You will have to need of generater in case of emergency.
