Self Help Groups a backbone of rural economy The Self Help Groups (SHGs) are the major resource of inspiration for women's welfare.                         The life  of women in our society is always difficult.when the family situation is bad there is always a desire to do something for them.For the past few years the movement of Self Help Groups in India has started to take root. The various schemes of the government and the enthusiasm shown by the NGOs have created employment opportunities for women in large numbers. For the past several years the medium of finance in rural areas has been the money lender, Due to which many poor families are being exploited, To free society from this exploitation of moneylenders ,to eradicate poverty and make women self reliant the Government of India has started "National Rural livehood Mission Program" since 2011.NRLM's main object is to alleviate rural poverty and create sustainable livelihood opportunities for the rural po
