Labour cost:

If you are farming backyard nursary then I think you will need not to have labour. You can work as a part time job. But in case of commercial nursary of large scale you can put 2 skilled and 2 unskilled people's.

Precautions:

Take care of plants from rain, extreme heat, drought, and various diseases.
Give estimate amount of fertilizer and insecticides.
