In last blog we talked about file making business at home.In this blog we learn about spices business.We know that today the use of spices is increasing in every home,so it is a long running business and you can earn better from this Business.              Process:
1)First of all we have to remove impurities such as dust ,mud,pebble stones,etc from the raw material.
2) After that dry this raw material in a dryer machine or in strong sunlight.
3)Dried ingredients puted into grinding machine for grinding/pulvirisation.
4)The next step is grading and after grading it is packed by cealing machine. 

SPICES:
Spices that are used in various masalas (MUTTON MASALA, MDH,EVERESTetc) are: JAVITRI,KALI MIRCH,LAUNG,CHAKRAFUL,JAIFAL,     DALCHINI CHHOTI ELAYCHI, BADI ELAYCHI,SUKHI LAL MIRCH,KALI MIRCH,TEJPATTA etc....
Machines used in masala udyog:
DRYER: This machine is used to dry product,if you do not have a machine you can dry these spices in strong sunlight.
PULVIRISER/GRINDING MACHINE:This machine converts raw material into powder.
GRADING MACHINE: This machine used to devide powder into different grades by keeping the granular powder at the bottom and thickest powder at the top.
Estimated cost: You can start this business from 25 to 30 thousand ,but in machinary you have to spend upto 4 to 5lack.About 150-200sq m space you should required to run this business.
Production on the basis of hour-
For 10kg spices production you required minimum 2 hours.Packaging +Labour+Electricity these are things in which you have to invest money.
Marketing:
For marketing you can sell your product to wholesalers or small business mans. You can sell your goods at affordable prices by talking to the spice Market shops.You can run this industry which is nearest to mall company.
Registration: If this business is food buisness ,then it is mandatory to register it.This buisness has to be done under MSME.After that you need to get FSSAI license from the food department.

Today the use of spices is increasing in every home so it is a long running business and you can earn much money from this business.
